Dropping to the Blank Screen is a method in ‘Feelings Management’ designed for people to build self-esteem by learning to successfully process triggered feelings and to listen to those important words that surface after they have experienced the physiology of the feelings. The podcast teaches individuals to stay with those words long enough to retrieve and implement their own point of view.

If individuals do not complete the process of following through with making decisions from the words that come after going through triggered feelings, autonomic nervous system and neuromuscular relief will not be permanent and tensions and stress will remain, overwhelming the individual’s brain and emotions.

Meet Dr. Helen McKibben

I’m Dr. Helen McKibben and I am excited to share my passion for helping others to find peace and brain optimization by using my proven techniques to manage their feelings. I have 35 years of practice that includes teaching methods for identifying and managing feelings, decisions, and relationships. An active member of the NBCC, I hold my NCC as a National Certified Counselor. In 2008 I earned my Doctorate in Psychology. Licensed in DC, MD, NY, PA, & VA, I am certified in etherapy counseling and have been working with online clients since 2013.
